Hr Coordinator / Graduate

Commencing operations in 2006 this logistics business is located at the port of Brisbane. Known for their transport and temperature controlled storage services to retail supermarkets, food distributors and other manufacturers you would have seen this company name out on Brisbane roads.

This organisation is currently seeking a HR Coordinator or HR Graduate to join their team. In this newly created role you will work in an environment that has instilled a positive culture amongst staff and has built their business on a focus towards their customers. They have a reputation of delivering outstanding levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating induction and on boarding process of new employees

Supporting recruitment activities

Maintaining data within an internal system

Drafting contracts and letters of offer

Ad-hoc assistance with health and safety matters

Performance appraisals

Manage any fatigue management across the business

Abide by specific transport safety and compliance requirements

Coordinate WH&S activities, fatigue management for the team

In order to succeed in this role you will have an interest in the transport industry. You are passionate about HR and safety. You have had previous experience and have the drive to succeed in this hands-on role. You will receive support and training along the way.
