About the role

As the HR Coordinator you will provide efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support to the business and HR function.

 This position will see you providing a range of general HR services  That include :

• General support and administration of HR transactional tasks associated with employment and recruitment matters such as posting ads and screening candidates.
• Answering queries on HR and payroll related matters.
• Work with Malaysia HR operations team and Singapore’s HR manager on Hr related issues

Job Requirements

• A degree or related qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Human Resources or strong administration. Background.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with the various teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Agility to adapt a constantly changing environment.
