About the role
We are currently seeking an entry-level recruitment consultant to join our highly driven team. This role will require a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to all you encounter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initial review and screening of candidate applications
• Conducting interviews via phone, video, or face-to-face
• Completing reference checks
• Proactively following up required documentation to complete the onboarding process
• Handle ad hoc enquiries via telephone and email

About you
You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will offer full training and a great work environment.

• A friendly, professional manner

• High level of attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills
• Intermediate experience with MS Office
• Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
