Join us as our new Senior Human Resources Advisor

We are looking for another member to join our HR Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. In a Senior role like this you will support various departments with up to date and value adding advice and guidance, covering the entire employment life cycle of our broad employee base, engaged with both our projects and marine segments.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Industrial Relations or other business-related disciplines
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our successes and challenges
  • Highly developed communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, in English
  • Digital competence and good experience in producing useful and clear content in various digital applications
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
  • Ability to work proactively and independently with complex projects and with stakeholders at all levels
  • Be comfortable and sensitive to working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities, working across borders.
  • Demonstrate a highly service and customer focus mindset, enthusiastic and solution oriented

Reporting to the Human Resources Lead.
