    About the opportunity
    Reporting to the Creative Director you will form part of a high-performing team delivering creative services across a variety of industries. This opportunity will lead you to feel empowered to foster a culture of innovation and passion by thinking outside the box.

    The Project Manager will be the liaison between an agency and its clients. Working closely with the Project Director and the fabulous team, your role will oversee the agency-client connection ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships. You will determine customer needs and then implement innovative actions to ensure the agency delivers. This includes liaison with the client team, internal team and suppliers to deliver work that will leave them with a project that has come to life and an incredible story to tell.

    A typical workday will include interfacing with clients, creative artwork, creative solutions, consultations and budgeting. You are juggling a variety of clients and needs which may include briefing the creative team, conducting research, creating artwork, preparing workshops, documents and budgeting. This role will also develop a network of industry contacts and suppliers in order to deliver projects consistently in line with budgets and timelines. This position will assist in the development of new business materials and pitches.

    You are a strong project manager and known as a team player with a passion for quality outcomes, connection and beautiful work. Described as someone who enjoys a challenge you are confident in dealing with people from varied backgrounds and enjoy analysing your client’s needs, finding solutions and delivering a product that will “blow their minds”. You enjoy taking the lead and ensuring the team goes above and beyond to deliver the product efficiently, on time or even ahead of schedule. 

    Your proactive organisation skills are appreciated by your colleagues. You are a confident negotiator with a keen eye for detail. You may have worked within agencies before or even in a design studio. You are a natural communicator. A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic is how your colleagues would describe you.

    You will have a Marketing/Communication degree, however, should you have industry experience that fits our requirements your application will still be considered.

    Technical competencies:

  • FIGMA
  • Acrobat Adobe
  • Google Docs
  • Apple/ Mac working knowledge
  • MS Office proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Site architecture and planning experience would be ideal
  • Working knowledge in WordPress – minor updates on websites.
  • Familiar with Facebook business manager and confident using the platform
  • Driver’s licence is required
