Our vacancy is your opportunity
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the preparation, presentation and upkeep of the paint work for our Crystalbrook Bailey Hotel.  The position will also assist in the day-to-day operations of building maintenance and will include ad hoc duties in building systems, mechanical, electrical, energy management and fire/life safety functional areas.  The position will work and collaborate within the maintenance team, as well as liaise with hotel internal and external stakeholders.

Your talents will include
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified trades with a background in painting/construction/building maintenance and/or related industries.  With a hands-on approach and an effective background in preventative principles in maintenance – we believe this role would suit someone who has proven experience in commercial painting and who also has experience in relevant regulations, codes and WH&S.  A genuine interest in energy management and sustainable practice would also be desirable.
