Research And Insights Platform Manager

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Martech Platform Manager to join the Research and Insights team of an Enterprise client. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform management, data migration, and linking data from platforms to the company’s data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in marketing technology and platform administration, as well as technical expertise in SQL and other backend technologies.

Responsibilities

-Manage and administer the company’s marketing technology platforms, including but not limited to Medallia
-Ensure seamless data migration between platforms and data pipelines
-Link platform data to the company’s data pipelines for effective data analysis and reporting
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure platform functionality meets those needs
-Provide technical expertise to support platform-related issues and enhancements
-Ensure the security and compliance of all platform-related activities
-Stay up-to-date with the latest martech trends and best practices to continuously improve platform performance

Skills and Experience

5+ years’ experience in platform management/ owner/admin role.

Medallia or Qualtrics or Inmoment or SFMC or Adobe

Experienced in using research to support customer initiatives.

Complex Stakeholder Management

Strong technical skills in SQL and other backend technologies

Cross-functional communication experience (technical to non-technical stakeholders)

Analytical skills. Strong at researching and in understanding insights.

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
