What this opportunity involves:

We are looking for a Concierge that will be working with the JLL Facilities Team and the Clients Workplace Experience team to create the best workplace in the Sydney office. This role will play a fundamental role in creating & delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional and friendly manner.

A snapshot of the role;

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
  • Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve service delivery and customer service levels
  • Work cooperatively and jointly with internal (departments) and external (vendors) contacts to provide quality customer service to staff
  • Responsible for planning and managing guest services in the Sydney office
  • Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable
  • Supporting facilities with managing vendors onsite.
  • Liaising with building management for both buildings on basic FM tasks/tickets i.e. lift breakdowns, key replacements, access passes, etc
  • Support Event Lead in the planning and delivery of internal events and celebrations
  • Communicate with team and client frequently and effectively
  • Be prepared to communicate with all levels of management within the business (C-Suite level site)
  • Updating/maintaining accurate records and official documentation in Google Drive and Dropbox

You will have relevant experience either in hospitality, concierge or front desk roles, with great customer service skills.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work with fellow colleagues and other wider team members
  • Build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors
