The Opportunity 
 
An exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, mid-tier accounting firm has arisen!  This is a busy role requiring an experienced, confident, Administrator.  A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must. Experience within the accounting or finance industries will be highly regarded.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be working within a specialised area of the firm assisting a team of Accountants with the following duties:

• New client set-up
• Following up documents and correspondence
• Liaising with internal and external auditors and undertaking required duties
• Arranging travel and accommodation bookings
• Compiling of correspondence
• Ensuring accuracy of records
• Undertaking general administration duties for the team
• Billings
• Assisting with the preparation of tenders
• Develop and maintain templates

Requisite Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting or financial services firm is ideal
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experienced with APS, Caseware, Power BI and SugarCRM will be highly regarded
• Must enjoy working as part of a team
