About the opportunity

Fonterra is in an exciting period of transformation as we shift our existing RPO recruitment model in Australia and across our Global Markets to an in-house, internal recruitment function. This is your opportunity to join our Internal Talent Acquisition Team as we shape the recruitment function to attract, develop and retain people to progress their careers within Fonterra.

Reporting to the Australia Talent Acquisition Manager Global Markets, as Associate Recruitment Partner, you will provide operational support to the Fonterra Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the attraction and recruitment of candidates.

This is an exciting development opportunity and may incorporate some end-to-end recruitment activities on entry level positions, with support from the Recruitment Partner.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Posting job advertisements on specified channels
• CV and Phone Screening job applicants
• Organising interviews based on candidate and Hiring Manager availability
• Assisting Talent Acquisition Recruitment Partners with database searches
• Conducting and/or organising all required checks on preferred candidates (including reference checks, psychometric assessments, pre-employment medicals, background checks, eligibility to work in Australia)
• Undertake regular candidate care activities – reactive and proactive contacts to ensure candidate experience is positive and database is maintained

• Confident with systems, data analysis and basic reporting
• A relevant tertiary qualification
