Your new role

Pitcher Partners delivers a broad range of advisory services to the SME market. Our clients are privately-owned businesses, public corporations, not-for-profit organisations, and government agencies across Victoria.

Our Digital services help our clients through digital transformation and optimisation of their businesses. This includes new ways of engaging with their customers and staff, as well as automation of internal processes.

We work with our clients to develop their strategy, and assist with the implementation of new systems and technologies. In recent times, we have also involved with optimising and enhancing sales and marketing functions with these businesses.

Our Digital Analyst will contribute to delivering advisory and implementation services in the field of business systems and digital technologies. This role will also be working closely with clients, providing analytics and insights into sales and marketing functions, campaigns and initiatives.

In this role, you will be a business analyst and trusted advisor, working on a diverse range of client engagements including:

  • Reviewing business processes, business systems and technology
  • Developing strategies for business systems, digital platforms and technology capabilities
  • Facilitating system and vendor selections
  • Assisting with business system implementations (including project management, data migration and testing)
  • Reviewing and working closely with clients on digital sales and marketing (S&M), including analysis of marketing spend, designing and implementing digital S&M tactics to impact top-line revenue

What you bring

To set you up for success in this role you will need a passion for working with medium-size enterprises in Australia, coupled with the ability to work across multiple engagements and clients at a time.

You will bring 1 – 2 years of experience within a digital consulting role or have working experience as a business analyst or project consultant. You will bring an analytical mindset, commercial acumen and preferable experience working with a range of business systems and digital technologies will see you excel in this team.

We welcome any experience you have in selecting and/or implementing business systems (such as ERP, CRM, Workforce Management, Payroll) and/or digital platforms (such as content management systems, eCommerce, integration middleware) as well as any experience with common business technologies such as Microsoft Office365, Azure, AWS.

Candidates who have worked in digital businesses (start-ups or established), especially in marketing functions or roles will be advantageous. An understanding of different forms of media (paid, organic, social) will make you immediately valuable to our clients and projects.
