About the role

We are currently seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to be based in Perth, Melbourne or Sydney. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of our Digital Transformation Programme by supporting the development of the Digital Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • In consultation with Digital Strategy Lead, support the hypothesis-driven approach through the delivery of analytics to explore sub-hypothesis.
  • Support the development of divergent scenarios and identify key variables within each scenario.
  • Support the creation and management of the proprietary internal digital frameworks and complement the Digital Strategy.
  • Engage with stakeholders to frame the business problem, identify the key business value drivers linked to the digital use case.
  • Draw on a board range of research insights to synthesise and generate a new of the strategy value for the Company, including but not limited to the financial, environmental and social impacts.
  • Provide advisor support towards the architecture of the transformation efforts including but not limited to transformation archetype, pace and sequencing.
  • Identify digital initiative delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies and escalate where necessary.

About you

  • 3 years or more experience in delivering transformation change in a complex business environment with multiple and potentially conflicting interests.
  • 5 years or more experience in engaging with diverse internal and external disciplines and distilling meaningful insights from complex topics.
  • 5 years or more experience in preparing written reports and giving presentations to senior executives to provide recommendations for critical business decision.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, large and delivery focused environment with a strong working knowledge of PRINCE2, SAF (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.
  • Relevant qualification in Commerce, Economics, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Design or Enterprise and Innovation.
