Warehouse Specialist Role

• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (no weekends
• $50-55k base + 6% bonus + benefits
• Based in Lidcombe, Sydney

MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced looking for a Warehouse Specialist to work for a leading player in the e-commerce industry and join their small warehouse team located in Lidcombe.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure smooth coordination, monitoring, and documentation of all inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments.
• Document all shipments in accordance with Quality System and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conducting quality control checks – evaluate the quality of goods received and dispatched in compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Picking and packing orders, making sure packaging is beautiful.
• Scanning and organizing inventory
• Accurately and efficiently process orders, shipments, and dispatches, adhering to established protocols.
• Process reporting for all warehousing processes and procedures
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

 
What experience should you have?
  

• You will ideally have experience in a warehouse environment (1-3 years’ experience)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude
