Branch Concierge Aitkenvale

We are currently seeking a Branch Concierge for our Aitkenvale branch. This will be a permanent part time position consisting of 30 hours per week.

Rosters are predetermined. Please ensure you are available for the following roster before applying:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – 9.30am to 4.00pm

  • Thursday – 9.30am to 5.00pm

No two days are ever the same in our branch-based customer service roles; you will work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank – in branches, on the phone, through video conferencing and online together we deliver a seamless banking experience to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. 

More specifically you will:

  • Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations

  • Work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options  

  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs; identify any changes  

  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products  

  • Use tools to capture customer feedback, take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement
