About the role

We’re looking for a HR graduate to join VMCH in the internal Talent Acquisition team, where you will learn all things recruitment and gain exposure to other functions within the wider People Services team.

You will provide administrative organisation, support and co-ordination to the Talent Acquisition team so that we can continue to provide a fantastic hiring experience for both applicants and managers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the ‘face’ of VMCH by providing timely and engaging communication to applicants and hiring managers regarding the progress of roles
  • Diligently following up with applicants to ensure all compliance requirements are collected
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Developing great internal relationships across the whole VMCH business
  • Drafting employment contracts

About you

You’re a natural people person, with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly form positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.  You love to learn new things and have the confidence to have a go at whatever comes your way.

  • Intermediate skills across the MS Office suite the ability to learn and adapt to changes in technology
