About the Role
Hastings Deering, as part of the Sime Darby Industrial and is taking talent acquisition to the next level in 2023. The opportunity to join our established team as a Talent Acquisition Partner on Brisbane’s southside is awaiting you. This role offers diversity in its portfolio, direct access to key stakeholders and decision makers and the ability to work across a multi-disciplinary organisation.

In this commercial role, your key focus will be to:
Deliver an end to end talent acquisition for your client group, whilst building and maintaining relationships both internal and external
Develop and maintain strong partnerships to proactively identify needs and develop future acquisition strategies
Provide the highest level of candidate care ensuring all stakeholders are supported, communicated and engaged
Market review and analysis of trends and mirco factors to identify impacts on talent acquisition
About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition across a corporate portfolio
A specialist in your industry in providing high-level consulting and support to Service, Operations and Senior Managers
Proven and demonstrated capability to drive, strategise and formulate comprehensive talent acquisition projects
A proven service delivery persona with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships
Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using multi-media platforms for advertising
