Due to growth, IDX Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Internal Recruiter to join the People & Culture, and Talent Acquisition & Recruitment team to remotely support our radiology practices located in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, New Zealand, and New South Wales regions.

Who will YOU be Recruiting:

  • Professionals in the diagnostic radiology & medical imaging fields
  • Medical administration, patient booking centres & corporate shared services.

Join forces with our internal onsite Hiring Managers and P&C Business Partners to recognise and recruit the highest quality talent while promoting our positive “everyone counts” culture and be part of the human resources field while you specialise in recruiting.

What will YOU do?

  • Building amazing relationships with our hiring managers to support business needs, including sourcing, shortlisting and selection of new employees.
  • Attracting talent – building networks and advertising on multiple media sources, job boards, social media, and LinkedIn recruiter + more!
  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment campaigns
  • Support the candidates to have the best experience as they come onboard with one of our 7 + radiology brands (No contract drafting, inductions or employee data entry in this role)

How will YOU add to our successful team?

  • With the ability to market and promote IDX to future new hires to attract the “right fit, can do” candidates.
  • Minimum 2 years’ end to end recruitment experience.
  • Exposure to Employee Engagement, Human Resources or Recruitment (within a healthcare environment would be advantageous)
  • Proven track record of working on multiple roles at one time.
  • Excellent written skills with an aptitude for marketing vacancies
  • Fun, friendly, and professional communicator that can build rapport easily with all levels of our business, exhibiting warmth, and efficiency.

We would prefer you to be available across 5 days offering the flexibility to work from home or Geelong (approx. 80% WFH/20%Office) FTE starting salary offered at $70K + super.
