Talent Acquisition Specialist

This ASX listed Construction organisation who are a leader in their field who are looking to growing their internal talent team!

You will be reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition Manager and some of the roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

The Role

• End to end recruitment of all roles (with exception to roles within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)) within the business including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, psychometric assessments and offer.
• Provide support to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Work closely with the HR Business Partners in each state to undertake a thorough analysis of current and future trends and hiring needs to assist with workforce planning.
• Development of best practice recruitment methodology to attract and hire the right candidate, whilst also researching and embracing new ways of identifying, acquiring, assessing and hire candidates.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of data within the applicant tracking portal.
• Assist with Recruitment reporting, weekly & monthly.
• Assisting with management of external labour hire companies
• Document uploads for compliance purposes
• Book and coordinate interviews and organise invites for hiring managers
• Complete onboarding for labor hire starters
• list job advertisements
• Manage medical bookings
• Compliance checks (passport/ tickets)
• Launching and monitoring our referencing system
• Launching Psychometric testing systems
• Updating applicants as they go through the recruitment process
• Administrative duties to assist HR and recruitment

Can work efficiently from home as this role is predominantly WFH
