Job Description

The individual will be expected to assist in managing the following activities: Assist in managing money and deadlines of all grants. Report actual amounts spent and remaining from all grants on a regular basis (weekly or monthly balance sheets). Purchase card reconciliation (gather receipts and assist with expense report submissions). Travel (book, keep track of receipts, and assist with submitting spend authorizations and expense reports). Keep track of each project’s financials, especially capital equipment (how much it costs to build X). Manage and correspond with outside vendors about accounts. Handle purchase orders.

Work Location: Remote/Hybrid

Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Human Resources Office prior to the first day of employment. All international degrees must have a course-by-course official evaluation and translation sent to the Human Resources Office directly from an evaluation company affiliated with the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES).
