  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the House Clear Out Program including expert planning and logistical skills in organising work matters over a large geographical area. This includes undertaking property inspections, inventories and house clear outs and arranging the sale and disposal of estate goods, chattels and vehicles.
  • Process invoices with high attention to detail and ensure House Clear Out fees related to matters are charged correctly and in a timely matter.
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of program requirements and objectives applying expertise and knowledge to a range of complex customer matters in accordance with approved, policy, procedures and processes whilst upholding the Public Trustee’s reputation for professional, ethical and transparent practices.
  • Undertake high quality database administration and record keeping practices whilst ensuring audit requirements are met. Identify opportunities, methods and innovations for improving database and program management.
  • Work closely with the Senior Property Officer and Director, Property to ensure risk and fraud controls specific to the house clear out program and real estate matters are proactively monitored and managed effectively and identify improvements which support the operational and strategic objectives of the team.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers including coordination and supervision of contractors on site ensuring site safety is maintained.
  • Continue to develop a working knowledge of the internal procedures and processes for undertaking of inventories and house clear outs including the handling of cash and valuables.
