    Why Your Role Matters:

    Due to demand, UNSW is expanding its collaborative HR Project Team. We are recruiting an HR Project Administrator to provide day-to-day project and administrative support to achieve objectives, outcomes and deliverables.

    Responsibilities:  

  • Co-ordinating meetings, diary management, minute taking, and managing assigned actions
  • Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong communication and collaboration.
  • Provide specialist advice on administrative guidelines, processes, and activities. 
  • Prepare & maintain detailed filing systems, program planner, registers and shared mailboxes. 
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information for the program.
  • Participate in and contribute to relevant project, process and business improvements. 
  • Provide support for new staff inductions
  • General project management, and administrative support. 
  • Who You Are:  

  • Relevant qualification with relevant experience or training 
  • Excellent time management able to meet deadlines 
  • Experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives. 
  • Customer service approach with high communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Advanced numeracy skills and high attention to detail 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
