Role Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects to ensure they are undertaken within scheduled timeframes and to quality standards
• Ensure projects meet budget targets.
• Collaborate with team members to execute contracts and grants with external agencies.
• Prepare procurement, tender documentation and contracts ensuring that contract management and the procurement process are compliant with internal processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Essential requirements

• Experience in program or project coordination
• Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion or equivalent, and relevant professional experience and training.
• Previous experience within a government department is advantageous.
