Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Description

Working in a large collaborative and supportive team of over 30 TA professionals, you will provide talent acquisition services to several growing health, community services and corporate portfolios. You will have the opportunity to work across Aged Care, Allied Health, Disability, Corporate and Wellbeing organisations across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will see the positive impacts that our activities have on a for-purpose business where we truly enable better lives.

We are investing in tech to support you to continue to source suitable talent – we’re improving access to untapped internal and external talent; improving our internal mobility; highlighting our employee referral program; investing in new recruitment marketing avenues; and investing in international recruitment to name a few.

You will make an impact by:

  • Using the tools available and your own innovation to proactively source Talent to meet business needs
  • Building engaged talent pipelines for future workforce requirements
  • Understanding and developing market intel to help inform stakeholder conversations
  • Working on various Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve service delivery
  • Delivering a positive candidate and customer experience regardless of the outcome

To be successful in this role…
You are solutions-focused and have a natural curiosity to understand candidate drivers and behaviours. You have a passion for and understand the importance of providing a positive candidate and customer experience.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated success in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication
  • Success gained in a variety of Talent Acquisition activities – projects, competitor analysis, recruitment marketing, etc.
