The Role:
You will be responsible for assisting the whole group with all their Administration & general office duties from the reception desk. 

• Directing calls & messages
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Be the face of the company 
• Administration Support for Property Management and Sales Team
• Keeping from Reception area neat & tidy
• Organizing mail, scanning & filing 
• Monday – Friday Only!

The Candidate:

• CURRENT Agents Rep – Essential 
• Previous Real Estate Experience desirable 
• Excellent phone manner
• Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities 
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team
• Professional presentation & motivated attitude
• Valid drivers license 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
