Estia Health Mudgeeraba is an elegant and welcoming home which sits in a pretty village at the foothills of the Gold Coast hinterland. Residents enjoy the tranquillity of a rural setting built across 6 acres surrounded by parks, gums and wildlife, with three separate parts to the home creating its own village and community feel and offering a range of options to meet people’s preferences and needs
  
What is the opportunity?

As a Personal Carer, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach;

• Create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience
• Provide personal care assistance with daily living
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Build relationships with our residents and visitors
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required

What do you need?

Your high quality of care assisting residents with their daily tasks, personal care and mobility is why we appreciate you!

To be successful you will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team environment;

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or a student studying a Bachelor of Nursing
• Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
• An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
