WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?
 
We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Store Managers to oversee the retail operations at one of Australia’s most well-known clothing labels. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventor management, visual merchandising, customer service and sales
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Recruit, train and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment that meets company standards

As the Store Manager, you will be much more than just a manager – you will be a leader. You will inspire and guide your team to success, leading by example and acting as a role model to junior staff members. With your exceptional communication skills, you will foster strong relationships and promote collaboration throughout the store, creating a positive and supportive work environment.

• Ideally 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager of Assistant Store manager in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• A strong understanding of the fashion retail market
