THE POSITION

Wilson Security seeks confident and driven Concierge Officers!
We currently seek multiple Security Guards who thrive in providing the best possible service across our well-known corporate sites.

You must be professionally presented and importantly, be flexible across 24-7 rosters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reception/Concierge duties

Access control 

CCTV monitoring

Reception duties

Meeting and greeting contractors and clients

Respond and prepare well-written detailed reports and emails

Monitor and respond to internal and external alarms

Interact with key stakeholders including building management, emergency services, client representatives and security officers via phone, radio and intercom systems

Take control in day-to-day and emergency situations

Assist and provide support to the wider team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Current QLD Security License

Certificate in Security Operations

Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle

Current First Aid Certificate 

A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude

Excellent communication skills

Excellent computer literacy 

Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to detail
