Job Description

We are seeking Receptionist that align with our values, who are focused on providing our clients and patients with a high-quality experience in a professional manner. The position is Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with an immediate start available and a tailored training program delivered upon commencement. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality services to our clients.


What the job involves:

  • Ensure at all times the highest level of customer service via optimal communication and presentation.
  • Manage daily workflow to maintain client service standards ensuring timeframes and schedules are adhered to.
  • Greeting candidates, clients and visitors, answer telephone calls, assist with enquiries and appointments.
  • Provide and explain to candidates the medical paperwork after sighting photo ID.
  • Take payments from self-payers.
  • Ensure samples are ready for pathology collection.
  • Support health professionals with administrative tasks.
  • Recognise and uphold the rights of all candidates accessing services, including maintaining cultural sensitivity.
  • Comply with privacy and confidentiality principles to all work practices including the Fullerton Health Australia policies and procedures.

What we need from you:

  • Previous medical administration experience (preferred)
  • Current vaccination status
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
