Job Description

AECOM’s Human Resources Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Partner to join our team. This is a part-time role supporting a client group of around 200 team members in our North Queensland and Northern Territory teams.

Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support, including:

  • Employee Relations

  • Performance

  • Reward & Talent Management

  • Building the people management capabilities of our leaders

  • Facilitating and supporting change management

  • Leading and supporting HR projects

  • Working with managers to improve our employee experience.

In addition to partnering with business leaders within key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally Reporting directly to the Australia HR Manager, you will actively contribute to the development of our Australia New Zealand (ANZ) HR Strategy, and will support and assist the effective implementation of our Global and Regional HR Strategies.

You will have knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues, including performance management, facilitation, talent, workforce planning and change management. You will also be confident interpreting policy and providing advice to managers.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Business/Commerce majoring in Human Resources, or similar)

  • 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
