Job Description

We’re looking for an outcome-orientated, passionate and collaborative Senior TA professional who can formulate strong relationships and who can deliver growth objectives concerning total talent solutions. This role will provide top-quality TA support to the firm and roll out creative sourcing strategies which identify top talent in the market.

Main Responsibilities;

Partner with diverse stakeholders to understand and support the firm to identify top talent in the market.

Partner with the HR leaders to build a competitive employer brand.

Create and maintain pipelines of talent for future roles based on forecasting and partnering with workforce planning.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in end-to-end internal recruitment in a dynamic global multi-matrix working environment. You will ideally have worked within professional services and you are commercially focused in driving suitable recruitment decisions for the firm.
