Digital Search Marketing – Sem/seo – Collar Group

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer who is passionate and excited about all things social media! Someone who will hit the ground running, come up with new ideas and keeps up with the latest trends. We want YOU to blow up our Tiktok and Instagram with creative and innovative ideas, fun and engaging copy, and to ensure we always stay ahead of the curve. 
 
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, you will work in a small team of highly creative people and work collaboratively cross-functionally across multiple digital platforms.
 
What we need you to bring?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Copywriting, Copywriting, Copywriting for posting on multiple social media platforms and email marketing
• Curating, scheduling and posting social media posts and content on brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook).
• Develop social media strategy ensuring it remains different from competitors
• Establish and maintain a planning calendar for all platforms
• Working with our designer to build an aesthetic Instagram layout that shows a mix of graphics, animations, videos, and pictures
• Understand multiple social media algorithms
• Analysis trends, opportunities, profiling, networking and campaigns
• Email marketing using Mailchimp
• An avid creative who can deliver world-class creative solutions, so experience in bringing innovation to major marketing campaigns across the brand
• Creative, flexible, and hard-working, you enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas. We are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and rolling with change 
• Consistently using a creative approach, ensuring that the work produced is fresh, engaging and appropriate for the intended audience and purpose
• Sound knowledge of the business, its products, and the wider industry to ensure their strategic plan fits the purpose
• Beginner to Intermediate use of Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects or equivalent video editing software would be highly regarded
