  • Blacktown Terrace Care Community – 149 bed care community centrally located in Blacktown with easy access to transport, shopping & healthcare amenities.
  • Winston Hillside Care Community – 95 bed care community offers luxurious spaces inside and out for residents and their visitors to enjoy.
  • Quakers Hillside Care Community – 125 bed care community centrally located in Sydney’s Hills District, close to local shopping precincts, clubs & community groups. 
  • Meadowbank Grove Care Community – 116 bed care community centrally located in the Ryde community, we’re close to transport & many beautiful walkways long the Parramatta River.

Please note: If you are successful you will be allocated to one Opal home only. You will not work across all three.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent required
  • Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
  • Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
  • Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management

Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker’s clearance. A current flu vaccination will also be required, as well as full vaccination against COVID19.
