The Role

• Providing high standards of customer service
• Deliver exceptional leadership abilities
• Undertake operational activities including rostering, stock management, VM, recruitment, training, and coaching
• Achieving and exceeding personal and team KPI targets
• Identify, communicate, and resolve loss prevention issues
• Drive policy and procedure within the team.

About you

• Previous retail management experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
• A motivational leadership style that creates a harmonious work environment
• Ability to initiate change by influencing and inspiring your team
• An understanding of all in-store retail operations
