Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service and business KPI’s for the site/shift are met
  • Distribution and team management
  • Management of inventory and labour planning
  • Third party supplier management, such as transport providers and customers
  • Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the Distribution value streams
  • Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
  • Ensure health & wellbeing for our people and the environment through focussed programs and adherence to compliance 
  • About You

  • A demonstrated achievement of improvement & change in an FMCG or 3PL warehousing and distribution environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience / consultation process in a distribution environment
  • Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and COR – advantageous
