Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

The role will be part of the wider Service Delivery team and will be responsible for coordinating movement of inventory throughout the Pemulwuy warehouse including receipt and storage of all inbound materials (telematics hardware, accessories, indirect materials, etc.) to the facility. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Physically scan the serialized items and count all non-serialized items upon receipt at warehouse.

Physically move all inventory from receiving dock to stocking location in warehouse after receipt into SAP system

Maintain stock locations and adjust as usage increases or decreases to ensure provisioning and RMA teams have required hardware at all times to process orders/tickets.

Perform the inventory movement between the two warehouse and 3PL.

Perform all ad hoc task as required by the Provisioning and Warehouse manager.

Assist Provisioning and RMA team with the stock as well as any process related queries where needed.

Responsible for receipt and disposition of RMA returns from customers and distributors. 

Import and control of serialized and non-serialized stock in financial management systems (SAP) and associated transactions as required.

Prepare all export documentation (CI, PL and SLI) for export shipments leaving the country.

Responsible for clean-up and disposal of stock boxes and pallets in the warehouse as well as application of 5s practices to keep stocking areas organized and clutter-free.

Use IMAG (Inventory Management at Gemba) Processes to help reduce inventory shortages.

Conduct regular inventory audits of required stocking locations per KPI’s.

Complete physical stock count along with the auditor annually

Responsible for operation and weekly inspection of walkie stacker and forklift in line with good E, H & S practices.

Ship SIM cards to hardware suppliers as necessary

What will help you succeed in this role:
Experience in warehousing and standard inventory practices

Forklift / Stacker operation certification.

Intermediate computer skills – MS Office.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with a friendly but results driven team.

Willingness to take ownership and work effectively in an autonomous environment, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.

Ability to physically lift, carry, and move heavy boxes.
