Current OpportunityWe’re looking for a motivated and passionate PracticeAssistant to play a key role in supporting our Business ServicesTeam.You will work closely with and support the Business Servicesteam day-to-day and collaborate with other administrativeprofessionals within the Business Services Support team, onprojects and process improvements. Duties and responsibilities Build strong relationships with partners, managers, and staff. Support with induction activities for new team members, ensuring matters such as basic administration tasks and processes are understood (i.e., entering timesheets, navigating databases, utilising Microsoft Teams). Provide proactive administration support to the Business Services team to promote effective business operations and positive team culture. Coordinate client on-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk framework. Database and systems management (including APS, Xero, Virtual Cabinet and various cloud-based applications). Manage credit card reconciliation, expense claims, disbursements, and billings. Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel, and accommodation. Embrace existing and new technology and provide support to your Partners and team. Collate hard copy and electronic documents for client meetings and signature. General administration (i.e., client correspondence, scanning, filing, archiving, document collation) as required.What you’ll need to succeed: Have a background in administration support, ideally within a professional services environment. Be tech savvy, with the ability to adapt to new technology. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. High level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Organisation and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a changing and dynamic environment.
