Blue Care is inviting applications from Project Coordinators to join our 2030 Aged Care and Community Hospitality initiatives’ team in this permanent part time opportunity working 48 hours per fortnight. Working as part of the project team, the role will support and facilitate the delivery of projects that aim to transform the service delivery for our Aged Care and Community Services across Queensland.

You will play a pivotal role in the provision of operational support to the projects teams and monitoring of progress against plans and schedule. The role will see you:-

Ensuring Procurement needs are measured and meet

Assist the planning and delivery of project milestones and outcomes through the management of the administration and reporting functions.

Manage the provision, allocation and monitoring of governance working user group members for the project access and equipment requirements,

Manage project team compliance and duties to preform tasks

Coordinate and schedule the team’s travel and accommodation requirements during implementation phases.

Support Business Support Leads to work remotely across the state by monitoring and managing requirements, ICT access and devices requirements. Identify related risks and issues and escalate where necessary.

Analyse project data to provide accurate and timely performance reporting and monitor project compliance with UCQ policy and EPMO requirements.

Maintain milestone and KPI Tracker ensuring accurate reporting of expenditure of project scope is available.

Project coordination experience and management of teams

Experience in Project governance tools and task systems

Knowledge or therapeutic diets and IDDIS and NSW and Aged care quality Standards

Experience in program or portfolio support roles, or in roles coordinating executive reporting and governance processes.

Experience Change communication to stakeholders and management of implementation outcomes for key indicator presentations

Knowledge of Portfolio Management Methods and best practices, and Program and Project Management disciplines and methods.

Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse detailed program and project planning documents including schedules, budgets, resource plans, benefits plans etc.

Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to gain alignment and negotiate successful outcomes.

Extensive PC literacy skills in Windows environment with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint).
