The Role

As the Chef De Partie you will be help to train and mentor the junior team member, provide consistent high quality food, ensure food health and safety standards are upheld, control you section during service and help with the overall smooth running of the kitchen operations.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in a similar roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for good food
• Clean and tidy work habits
• Love working in a fun and vibrant environment
