Green Light Worldwide are currently looking for a Trainee Resource Manager to support recruitment activities within our growing consulting business. The ideal person will have experience working within sales, contact centre sales or a junior recruitment position.

This role will involve supporting Senior Resource Managers in planning, coordination. As a better understanding of the Green Light business develops, this position will be given increasing levels of responsibility on which to focus on preparation for a more senior involvement within Green Light.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to execute recruitment initiatives as driven by the Green Light Business Divisions.
• Recruitment of technical resources across multiple disciplines.
• Take responsibility for building, maintaining & engaging with talent pools/pipelines in accordance with business requirements, enabling fast delivery of technical resources.
• Learn to use, manage, and maintain CRM to a significant level.
• Ensure that your professional skills are continually reviewed and improved on.
• Aptitude of hard work, common sense and empathy towards assignees, ability to prioritise and juggle changing demands and timeframes.
• Build your knowledge around project delivery to better understand business requirements.
• Perform all reasonable requests by the manager you are reporting to.

Required Experience:

• Background in phone-based sales/ customer or junior recruitment service experience would be highly advantageous.
• High level customer service and ability to maintain good relationships.
• Motivated to learn.
• The ability to pick up IT systems quickly.
• You will have a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
• A process-driven personality and high-performance standards.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
