We are a leading recruitment agency, seeking a Senior Human Resources professional with expertise in Industrial Relations, for our valued client. As a Senior P&C professional, you will lead employee and industrial relation matters, provide expert technical advice on all human resources, performance, and culture matters, and support the development of modern human resource management and workforce planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations and disciplinary matters, including internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Develop policies that deliver on business goals, optimize workforce engagement, and embed diversity and equity into the culture through collaborative working partnerships at all levels of the organization.
• Support the Senior Leadership Team to develop innovative and modern human resource management and workforce planning processes championing the organizational and cultural change agenda.

Key Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven managerial expertise in providing sound, consistent leadership and management of a best practice human resources function.
• Extensive industrial relations background and comprehensive understanding of awards, legislation, and other relevant industrial instruments.
• Significant experience in managing complex industrial relations matters in a large, multidisciplinary organization.
