About the Role

• Grow strategic Talent Acquisition capability, supporting Health Care Managers across Australia to attract, recruit, and onboard. 
• Work with business to understand current and future requirements & devise appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Work within a wonderful and friendly team environment with high levels of flexibility and autonomy

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with our stakeholders to provide a guide on best practice talent engagement processes
• Talent pipeline building and management
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding
• Developing attraction strategies for a wide variety of roles

You will have:

• Previous experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Demonstrated success in sourcing suitable candidates in a candidate-driven market
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience in using job boards such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SEEK and Indeed to proactively source candidates
• Keeps up with industry trends with a proven ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Strong problem-solving capability, curiosity, and capacity to innovate
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
