About the Technology:

Relectrify’s advanced battery management system (BMS) and inverter is comprised of three parts: hardware electronics controlling power flows inside battery packs; embedded software algorithms that inform how the hardware electronics operate; and data analytics to allow customers to monitor their batteries while also enabling Relectrify to continuously improve its algorithms.

Relectrify’s BMS and inverter technology couple together to notably increase battery performance and lifetime, unlocking value and enhancing performance for our customers.

Relectrify actively forms strategic collaborations with innovative, sector-leading storage companies across the world to jointly develop and release uniquely positioned storage products.

Requirements

This newly created 6-month fixed-term role would ideally suit an experienced talent professional who is ready to take ownership of the talent space and is comfortable working in a high-growth tech environment. Whether early or mid-career you have full-cycle hiring experience across both technical and non-technical roles.

As our first talent hire you will be given scope to identify and drive improvements across the talent attraction space. You will draw on your experience and knowledge of next practice, to expertly hire, build scalable processes, coach hiring managers to excellence, and make strategic recommendations to leadership.

You believe strongly in providing candidates with a positive experience and are excited to engage with and deeply understand our people and teams to ensure that we’re continually uplifting our company culture and strategically filling skills gaps with every new hire.

About You:

  • You are a self-starter and able to take initiative to recommend and drive improvement projects and activities
  • You are organised, methodical, and are able to manage stakeholder expectations via your well-honed communication skills
  • You are a problem solver who can navigate challenges and identify improvement opportunities
  • You are a people person and are able to nurture strong relationships across the organisation with care and consideration for individuals’ unique needs.
  • You love tech and are excited to understand and communicate our unique product offering and strong market position to candidates
  • You are passionate about sustainability and excited to contribute to the global transition to renewable energy

What you will bring:

  • You have 2+ years of proven tech recruitment experience in high-growth environment/s
  • You have built out hiring processes from scratch, working with internal teams to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • You have taken ownership of and optimised talent tools for an improved internal user and candidate experience
  • You are analytical and able to demonstrate the impact of your work via talent metrics
  • You have experience working with executive teams and coaching hiring managers at all levels
  • You are comfortable with start-up technologies: Slack, Confluence, Google Suite, etc.
  • You can demonstrate your use of initiative in similar environments to influence and create positive change

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in Electrical Engineering, Renewables and/or Cleantech industry
  • Experience building and executing an employer brand strategy
  • Experience as an administrator of Workable, or equivalent
