About the role

As a Branch Operations Manager you will be working closely with the Branch Manager to lead this important local business . You will play a key role in driving your branch and community forward, delivering tailored financial solutions to your customers. 

You will play a core leadership role within the business possessing excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage our branch and drive the business forward aligned to our unique Community Banking philosophy. Striving for and leading the team to succeed in all the operational excellence areas required to run a sustainable business. 

This position is located at Community Bank Fremantle . The role is Permanent Full time working 76 hours per fortnight.


About you

  • Knowledge of Loan Application Processing Systems and knowledge of Branch operations is required. 
  • Experience in Residential and Commercial lending is highly desirable. 
  • “Natural Born Leader” proven ability to lead, mentor and develop highly effective teams. 
  • Experience in lead generation and a demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results. 
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth.
  • Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships.
