Due to internal movements, we are now seeking an experience Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What should you know about this role?

Supporting the ANZ CMO, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Complex diary, email and travel management on a global scale working with various time-zones;

Evaluate and prioritise meeting requests, priorities and commitments;

Support the Event Manager with the management/coordination of relevant events as well as supporting other events/workshops;

Demonstrate an advanced ability to positively manage at all levels using your own positive influencing style; and

Championing diversity and inclusion within an already diverse and growing team.

What we want to see in you!

The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience supporting C-Suite executives – experience within Marketing highly desired. Further to this, you will have:

Extensive travel coordination exposure, working across an Asia-Pacific region ideally;

An ability to juggle conflicting priorities whilst applying your “out of the box” and “unconventional” thinking to create efficiencies and solutions;

Outstanding level of attention to detail with strong diary and time management skills; and

Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and use your initiative
