In this role you will be the voice that greets and assists customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed each and every day. With a client base exceeding 10 million personal and small business customers, our client prides itself on delivering seamless banking experiences that positively influence people’s lives. From opening a first account to saving for a dream wedding, buying a first home or planning for retirement, you’ll be a crucial part of helping customers achieve their goals. Key Details

  • Operating hours Monday to Sunday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (rotating roster)

  • Multiple Positions available: Full Time – Part Time – Casual

  • 10 Days of training in office in Latrobe Street before moving to work from home (no training on weekends)

  • Handling high-volume inbound calls with ease and professionalism

  • Building and establishing valuable relationships with our esteemed customers

  • Creating positive outcomes that benefit both the customers and the bank

  • Utilizing your exceptional problem-solving skills to handle objections and find solutions

  • Making everyday banking simple and easy for our customers by providing top-notch service.

  • We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Ability to ask the right questions and find effective solutions, with a customer-centric approach

  • Passion for service excellence and willingness to work independently or refer customers to specialist team members

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets within set timeframes

  • Competent computer skills, including system navigation proficiency
