Our Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant wishing to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services team based in Perth. As an instrumental team member, you will work closely with our Workshop Team to provide general office administration support including:

  • Filing, data-entry, reporting and purchase orders;
  • Booking of external fleet maintenance with suppliers & keep business unit managers advised;
  • Assist with the planning of maintenance by attending weekly meeting;
  • Assist in following up on invoice queries & track deliveries with suppliers and collection of parts;
  • Send out maintenance reminders to Managers and Supervisors;
  • Manage parts in the workshop to ensure smooth maintenance program;
  • Assist with the processing of uniform and PPE orders for employees.

Let’s Connect:

You will have previous experience in administration, ideally with the construction industry, as well as:

  • Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork;
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently;
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong attention-to-detail, and a focus on quality outcomes.
