Project Manager (junior To Mid-level, Retail Manufacturer)

Client & You:

Manufacturer within the retail space, a company that designs, and installs, a range of niche bespoke products is looking to add a Project Manager – junior to mid-level, to their growing team.

Position would suit a PM, with experience delivering end-to-end business and project development within the retail and manufacturing space. Applicants will have between 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.   
 

Job:

• A PM with 360 project lifecycle experience, planning, over seeing designs, tender preparation, proposal management, logistics, financial management, install.
• Develop and produce project briefs using MS Project, and create project timelines, while liaising with the sales department – excellent communication skills are required.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships through promotional work, face-to-face meetings, activations, and installations.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams, as well as install teams and external suppliers.
• OH&S compliance.
• A positive proactive attitude to getting the job done.

 
To apply you will have:

• Full working rights in Australia
• A TAFE qualification or Degree and similar experience within Manufacturing & Production environment
• Good knowledge of MS Project, and ERP/MRP systems
• 2 years of stakeholder engagement experience, managing relationships
• Strong operationally, ability to liaise with internal logistics, production, and sales teams
• Health & Safety awareness / qualification  
• Scheduling and Scope and budget management expertise

  
  
Salary:

Our client offers competitive remuneration packages, which vary with regards to experience, this position would suit a dynamic Project Manager looking for a new challenge, career growth, $75,000 to $90,000 + package.
