Due to our ever-growing portfolio of national projects, we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic team in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and become part of our National Talent Community. 

The Senior Recruitment Business Partner plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in the recruitment function and contributes to the People & Culture strategic plan across their line of business including gaining exposure and leading the international recruitment drives.

What are we looking for in a Senior Recruitment Business Partner?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience recruiting blue collar and technical white-collar positions particularly within engineering
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, engaging at all levels in partnership to ensure a streamlined and thorough recruitment process 
• A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, utilising all the tools you have at your fingertips, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Seek Premium Talent Search VideoMyJob
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
• Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with all walks of life at different levels both internally and externally.
