Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘Digital Transformation Manager’.

Key Criteria:

Extensive experience in applying human centred design, service design and/or agile approaches to project delivery
Experience in implementing digital transformation and organisational change, and fostering digital culture and capability development
Experience in identifying and evaluating emerging disruptive trends, including digitisation and data analytics, analysing potential opportunities, risks and barriers to adoption

Essential requirements

Prior experience with the NSW Government ICT Digital Assurance Framework
Extensive experience in the development of significant technology business cases within NSW Government
Prior experience in driving legacy system modernisation/replacement in a complex operating environment
