We welcome a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team based on St Kilda Road, overlooking Albert Park. We’re a lean team that focuses on the destination, whilst ensuring the journey is an enjoyable one.

About the role
As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate to implement the integrated marketing and communications strategy across multiple brands, and assist in the development and execution of open days, key functions and events.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and deliver campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Continually improve TLC’s content, engagement and reach
• Monitor the engagement of TLC’s Social Media accounts
• Set and report on campaign metrics and KPIs
• Plan and deliver key internal and external events

• Qualifications in Marketing / Public Relations (or relevant field experience)
• 2 year’s experience in similar role
• Exceptional customer focus and service approach
• Demonstrated strength in collaboration and continuous improvement
• Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)  
• National Police Check  
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
